M. B. Boda, licensed and operating currently as M. B. Boda Reinsurance Brokers Pvt Ltd (MBB), was established in the year 1955, as M/s. Mugatlal Bhagwandas Boda & Company Pvt Ltd. A humble beginning of a vision that is growing steadily, propelling ahead on the solid foundation laid by its dynamic leader and founder the Late Mr. M.B. Boda. Today, MBB is reckoned as one of India’s leading Reinsurance Brokers.
MBB is licensed to carry out reinsurance broking business by the Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority (IRDAI), the Government Body regulating Insurance business in India. Currently, the Company is professionally managed by a team of technically competent executives, who have acquired domain knowledge under the guidance of the second generation Boda family.
Over the past five decades, the Company has grown phenomenally, both in terms of international presence and financial strength. The company periodically revaluates its quality of service and business growth targets and sets them higher, empowered through client focused administration and management teams.
